If you want to view all resources listed alphabetically by title,
choose this option. You will be presented with a list of all approved entries on the
database which you can browse and obtain more detail.
To view all resources organised by resource category (e.g. Careers, Marketing etc.),
choose this option. You will be presented with a list of all approved entries on the
database grouped together by category which you can browse and obtain more detail. You can
also narrow your search by choosing just one category from the list box and then choose
search.
This option gives you the most flexible seaching facilites. You can enter keywords,
choose to search in one or more categories, or browse all resources. The results are
grouped within categories unless you choose the Browse button.
Keywords
Just enter the key words that you are looking for. Do NOT enter
expressions such as "Education AND Games". (Don't use symbols either. They will
be ignored.) This will not achieve what you are expecting. Instead enter all or any words
you are looking for and then select the appropriate option from the box shown below:
Choose the type of match:
If you choose 'ALL of the Words', the seach will result in all
resources that contain all of the words entered. If you are not finding what you are
after, try removing some of the keywords entered or try 'ANY of the words'.
This will list all resources that contain at least one of the words entered.
If you want
to match a particular phrase, use the last option, 'The Phrase'. This is
the most restrictive. Use this only if you know exactly what you are after.
Finally, choose where you want to match the key words.

If you need to limit your seach to selected categories, choose one or more categories
from the list, as shown below:

You can choose more than one category by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the
categories in the list box. Remember to scroll down the list box to view more categories.
