Worksite
- Learn about the
world of work in Australia from the Australian Council of Trade
Unions' worksite. The site is aimed at students and includes lots of
information on terminology and case studies.

- Go Career is a Commonwealth campaign designed to highlight
the range of activities and initiatives which will be brought together
to provide young people with information, the right sort of skills,
training, experience and advice to enable them to make and act on
informed choices about their futures.

- A free service provided for the Federal Government for both job
seekers and employers.

National Youth Roundtable
A national forum where young Australians can speak directly with
Government and to ensure that their views are taken into account in
policy-making processes.

This site has extensive information about New Apprenticeships
including new material on School-based Apprenticeships and
Traineeships.

Source
The Source has
been designed so that young people, and the wider community, can
know about the programmes and services that the Commonwealth
government provides for young people. The site has heaps of great
links, programmes and utilities, information on getting a job and
careers, youth health issues and a youth poll.
Training: it Pays to Stay!
"If you give it away now - what are you giving away later?" This site gives good reasons for young people to continue with training beyond the post compulsory years of schooling.

YouthGAS is a site for youth and the youth sector providing directories of youth related services and organisations as well as a calendar of events.
