Paul has been a teacher and program manager in Australia and the United Kingdom. His
work in enterprise education is known internationally for its innovative, educative and
socially responsible nature. He has a keen interest in learner- managed experiential
learning, especially the learning through enterprise approach.

He believes that education should be bold, imaginative and transforming.
Paul has worked in Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and Ireland. In 1998 he
researched a number of vocational initiatives in the United States. Details of his current
role and recent consultancies are available as further background.
In this VECO online guest spot, Paul will pose and explore some provocative
questions about VET in schools and whether current practice lends itself
to enterprising approaches.
