Rethinking Years 9 and 10

In this online guest spot, Jim will follow on from the "Learning about the world of work - how early should it begin?" question and address the topic of "rethinking years 9 and 10", a subject in which he has been immersed through a variety of projects in recent years, and most recently through his work on Community Based Learning.
Jim has worked as a freelance education researcher, writer and consultant since 1990. He has undertaken commissioned work for a variety of organisations including national and state departments of education, as well as industry, professional and community groups.
