- Action Plan Proposals:
Dear all,
Action Plan proposals should be developed collaboratively by program
stakeholders, through co-opting members of your Management Committee and
other industry / employers / education / community organisations, or
organisation representatives, as required.
Remember:
1. The 'action plan' represents your BUSINESS, or STRATEGIC PLAN,
developed to guide your initiatives over the 1999 school year.
2. You can't do everything at once.
3. Encourage your Management Committee and other partners to focus on
those initiatives which are important to progress your program; enhance
industry involvement and ownership; enhance quality; and address
sustainability for the longer term.
4. Evaluate and celebrate your achievements.
5. Be realistic.
6. Think about the longer term. Action Plan proposals may represent
initiatives planned for the 1999 school year, or a longer period (such as
1999 - 2001).
It is essential that proposals reflect local needs, and represent the
outcomes of partner collaboration.
Question:
Has anyone started to think about the process for developing
an Action Plan proposal with your Management Committee?
