Background:

Frank Stoner is an international consultant on education and training, and has worked in recent years in the UK, Australia, China, Nigeria and New Zealand.

A contributor to the inaugural edition of VOCAL, the Australian Journal of Vocational Education and Training in Schools, he is a highly informed commentator on vocational education in the United Kingdom. He has worked with a number of leading Australian VET policy drivers, including Jack Keating from RMIT University, and has an excellent understanding of the VET scene in the UK and Australia.

About TasVETA:
TasVETA (Tasmanian Vocational Education and Training Network) is the Tasmanian affiliate of VETNETwork. This presentation followed a dinner meeting held for the Annual General Meeting of TasVETA. Frank also addressed WAVEnet (Western Australian Vocational Education Network) while touring Australia.
