What is Plan-It Youth?
A program for students who are considering leaving school before completing their HSC (usually yr 10)
Students are matched with a volunteer mentor from the community
Mentors are trained by TAFE
Students and mentors work through a structured program (3months) which finishes with a presentation and celebration
Mentors continue to support the student’s decision for the next 6 - 12 months (or longer )
